Over the past 15 years, Riccardo and Silvia have conducted deep, applied research on the true meaning of Personal Branding—not as performance or image, but as a path of Personal Leadership. Michael reminds us that true power lies not in rigid control, but in intentional adjustment. Named in honor of one of our greatest mentors, Michael Strassner, his presence carries the spirit of personal growth and integrity. As Riccardo Proetto says, "In everything you do, if you do not set an intention, you create tension." Michael is here to remind each of us that transformation begins with intention—and that leadership is a living practice of conscious change.
